CT edge spreader
Carrot topper CT2 – Carrot topper and carrot cutter CT2 consists of several dozen scrapers on a chain, two plates with knives and two leveling conveyors. A single carrot is placed between the scrapers by hand or is fed from the peeler. The leveling conveyors transport the carrots first to the left and then to the right on the guide plate where the tails or tops are cut depending on orientation. The tops and tails leave the machine separately from the finished product. Static knives and a special positioning system ensure a clear square cut. Guide plate and waste size are adjustable. Adjustable height allows you to set the machine in the optimal working position.
