The PS8 rocker brush<\/strong> is used to clean and polish vegetables using brushes and water. The machine provides the highest polishing efficiency thanks to the brush rotating in a swaying drum. The possibility of using different bristle hardnesses, thanks to the segmented structure of the shafts, allows for the perfect selection of the machine for the application. Inside the drum there are spray nozzles for two independent circuits, cleaned in the recycling chamber and the fresh one.
