SG roller sorter
The SG thickness roller sorter is designed to sort vegetables according to their diameter. Calibrating vegetables works well for round and oblong vegetables. The working elements are rollers made of stainless steel with an adjustable gap between them, thus ensuring the desired sort. Sorted vegetables go to cross conveyors with the possibility of changing the direction of their work. Each sort is regulated independently, additionally there is an oversort. Sorting speed is regulated by smooth speed control of the sorting module drive.
